Sunday we went to the crafts fair in Port Douglas, and this was great opportunity for some people photos. This man was reciting his poetry about the aboriginal views of man's relation to nature and the land.
Another great face. This man was selling all-natural fruit juices.
We have seen some astonishing butterflies in the area. Hard to photograph. The actual Ulysses Blue is about 4" across and is a brilliant iridescent blue which can be easily seen 100' away. This tattoo is a pale imitation of the real thing.

After the craft fair we went to the beach. Nan read and I took photos. Australians do love their hats, as can be seen in this father-son shot.
